As a U.S based company everything we sell is intended for U.S market vehicles and may not function or work properly on non U.S market vehicles. Due to this we cannot accept liability for any incorrect or non-functioning parts. Please note shipping charges do not include brokerage fees, taxes or duties. These are additional charges that may be due upon delivery of your order and are fees imposed by the carrier not us. WHAT IF I REFUSE MY SHIPMENT?
Any and all shipping charges incurred while attempting to deliver your order will be deducted from your refund.
All returns require prior approval before being sent back and may incur a 15% restocking fee. Please email us at Sales@MoparPartsSource.com with your original order number to begin the return process. Electrical parts are ineligible for return and will not be accepted.
Some items may be available from the manufacturer as remanufactured. Typically in this case there is a core charge which is fully refundable once the old part is returned to us within its original packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs of these cores back to us.
PRICING / CATALOG ERRORS
We are not responsible for pricing and catalog errors listed within the catalog. Should there be a pricing error after your order is placed we will notify you for your approval of any increases or decreases. You can then cancel your order at anytime if you wish. We strongly suggest you supply your VIN at checkout so that we can specify your order using our manufactures data. We are not responsible for incorrect parts when no VIN was supplied on the original order.

Delivery is 2-10 business days from completed order. Items are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged or incorrect parts. Our warehouse put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do not accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs to prevent you being charged freight on both ways. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 15 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.

Damage or corrosion due to accidents, misuse, or alterations.
Damage or surface corrosion from the environment such as acid rain, airborne fallout (chemicals, tree sap), stones, salt road hazards, hail, wind storm, lightning, floods and other natural disaster.
Normal wear, tear or deterioration such as discoloration, fading, deformation, blurring, etc.
Replacement parts or accessories installed on any MOPAR Vehicle registered or normally operated outside of the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan or American Samoa.
Replacement parts, or accessories installed on a MOPAR Vehicle in which the odometer has been altered, or on which the actual mileage cannot be readily determined.
Replacement parts or accessories used in applications for which they are not designed.
Replacement parts or accessories installed improperly by dealers, Importer/Distributor other than MOPAR.
Any replacement part or accessory without proof of purchase or replacement date.
Non-MOPAR replacement parts or accessories which MOPAR Dealers may sell or install on your MOPAR Vehicle.
If the vehicle has been classified a total loss and/or sold for salvage purposes or branded for any other reasons.
Removal of the vehicle from the warranty covered market for which it was produced.
